Red light therapy has made similar progress. I can say this much: The device is a true wall of light!

It's solidly built. A handy stand for positioning the light elements is included.
It can also be placed vertically, but caution is advised when not using the stand.

Super easy to set up. The stand folds out easily. The entire unit is large but very lightweight.

It's a large panel and the lights are pretty bright, so I think you could be a little farther away without it breaking.

This is the third red light therapy device I've tried, and by far the lightest and easiest to use. It has both wavelengths, which are proven to help with skin regeneration and pain relief.

Personally, I only use red light therapy in 10-minute doses; more than that didn't help and even made me a little nauseous. Of course, the dosage depends on how close the panel is to the skin. I place it very close so that all the light is absorbed by the skin and only a little light is wasted where it's not needed.
For back pain, I can get quick relief with this panel without experiencing any side effects.

This is a good device for home use. It's lightweight, bright, and very portable, and it comes with a stand.

The stand isn't ideal, so I decided to hang it instead. My only concern with hanging it is the distance from the treatment area. But I'm sure I'll find a solution to make it work for me. I also like that the cord has a switch, so I don't have to unplug the device between uses. I can't really comment on how this red light compares to other at-home devices, as I've only ever used red light therapy at my gym, which was time-consuming and expensive. Now that I have my at-home device, I'll be using red light therapy much more frequently (as opposed to the gym), which hopefully will even out any potential differences in light intensity or quality. I'm glad to have this light device, as trying to drive to the gym didn't work out, and I can now use it almost anytime. This device fits my needs and lifestyle well, and I'm overall satisfied with it. I love it and feel significantly better with regular use. I recommend this inexpensive product due to the benefits of the red light, but I would like to see better features. "To see results, you should use your device at least 3-5 times per week. Sessions should typically last 10-20 minutes. The more frequent the sessions, the better (ideally daily).

It works well, but I wish it would display the light intensity in milliwatts per square inch at a specific distance from the body, which is important for knowing how much light dose someone has received.

Most importantly, the correct wavelengths were chosen for optimal red light therapy: 660 nm wavelength and 850 nm (far red, invisible to the eye).

I'm not sure how much it helps, but I'd like to believe it does, especially to avoid swollen feet from sitting for long periods.

I also placed it near my back to relieve tension. It works for me because it's strong enough.

Red light therapy is all the rage right now, and this whole-body LED panel offers just that: red light! It works well and is very bright. It even comes with safety goggles to prevent afterimages and eye damage.

The difficulty is: What do you do with it? Hang it from the ceiling? No, thanks. Lean it against the wall? I guess that's fine.
If you're looking for a larger red light solution, perhaps for a gym or something similar, this is exactly what you need.
