How to track my order?
You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped, and you will get a tracking number also, you can track the shipping status on https://www.17track.net/en by select correct carrier, or contact us with the order number by email, Instagram message, Facebook messenger, we will reply asap.



Why I have not received a confirmation email after paid?
FREYARA online store sends confirmation email automatically, first, please check your spam email files or add freyara.com to email trust list. If still not received please check if the email address that you registered or entered when checkout is correct or not, or contact us by email, Facebook or Instagram, we will check for you asap.



What is the estimated shipping time?
Shipment to North America or EU countries will take 7-20 business days, shipment to other countries will take 20-35 business days. you can check shipping countries, express shipping fees and shipping time at https://www.freyara.com/delivery



Can I change my order?
If you want to change the item or shipping info with your order not shipped out, please contact us for the change. If the order was shipped out, it can't be changed.



Can I cancel my order?
If you selected wrong items or wrote wrong shipping info, please contact us with correct info before the parcel was shipped out, you don't have to cancel the order, if the parcel has been shipped out, we can't cancel the order during the shipment, you can contact us in this case.



Can I return my item?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days, you will be refunded for the amount paid for the product. Please contact us at service@freyara.com to ask for an returning address, you have to pay for return shipping cost.



What can I do if the items are damaged, wrong or missed?
Please send some pictures or short videos to the email service@freyara.com about the problem within 10 days of delivery, we will handle the issue at business days asap.



Can you deliver to my country?
Please check shipment destination countries, shipping fees and estimated delivery time at https://www.freyara.com/delivery, if your shipping country is not listed, please contact us.



Can I have to pay for any tax or import duty?
You are responsible for any impossible tax or duty may occur, but mostly you don't have to pay excluding large order as we use air express deliver to most countries, if you need any invoice or files for custom duty clearance, please contact us.



What can I do if I want to add new items to my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped out, you can provide the product and quantity to us by contact service@freyara.com



What can I do for order delivered but not received?
We use express provide to-door delivery to most shipping address except PO Box, if recipient not at home, the package may be left at house, signed by family or return to local post office, please contact us asap for these issues , we will handle at priority.

Mostly, you can pay online with PayPal account, major credit cards through PayPal, Visa Master credit card, some local payment like Boleto (Brazil), OXXO (Mexico), secured and safe.



How can I get refund?
For any issue about our product or service, please contact our service for help. If refund or partial refund negotiated, money will be refunded to orginal account like PayPal or Visa Master credit card. If you paid with local payment like Boleto, OXXO etc, you may need to provide a PayPal account to receive the refund.
