First of all, I misunderstood the principle of this device. I thought you had to select the wavelength depending on the treatment goal. I was pleased that the device uses both LED types simultaneously. This makes things much easier for laypeople.
I'm a practicing acupuncturist and have started exploring other pain management methods. I find the device creates a pleasant warming sensation on sore areas. Heat itself dilates blood vessels and promotes blood flow. I use the device in combination with acupuncture. So far, I've only used it to treat sore areas myself. I can't comment on its use for wrinkles, hair growth, etc. There are some NIH studies on wrinkle reduction at these wavelengths. Very interesting topic. I look forward to using it more often.

This is my second red light, and I like the design much better.
This light offers the option of having it act like a spotlight instead of a mirror directly in front of your face. I hope that's understandable. It's easy to store and takes up very little space. I'm a firm believer in red light therapy and its positive effects. This light is a good investment and feels high-quality, so I expect it will last a long time.

I'm thrilled with this lamp.
After two uses, I've noticed significant improvements in my skin. This lamp is high-quality and incredibly easy to use. I love the timer function. I can lie down and fall asleep, confident that it will turn itself off.

Helpful for large areas, stable stand
The panel screws easily into the swivel mount. The heavy-duty base allows for adjustment of the light angle.

660 nm for cosmetic light therapy and 850 nm for pain, tissue, and muscle treatment. For people with neuropathy, this treatment seems to provide some pain relief, at least temporarily.

Thanks to the height adjustment of the lamp, you can use it on different parts of the body.
