I have been using the red light therapy mat for a few weeks now and am very impressed with the results. The mat is large enough to cover my whole body and the 1280 LEDs provide a soothing and effective treatment. I have noticed significant relief from my pain, especially in my lower back and shoulders. "I've had the face mask and a small panel for about a year. I wanted to treat my whole body at once and decided to get this giant mat. I've had the mat for 3 days now and feel absolutely incredible every day! My energy is boundless, I feel happier, I've been doing a lot of landscaping and this has helped me so much with my sore muscles, it's incredible.
I'm 5'8" and fit perfectly on it with room to spare. The mat gets so nice and warm, it feels so good to lay on. I lay on my back for 30 minutes, then flip it over like a blanket and lie on my stomach for 30 minutes.
I look forward to it so much at the end of the day. It rolls up easily and I just keep it under my bed. Not too heavy at all to carry around. All my lights work great. Has a timer function and different light levels. You don't have to set anything up, just unpack and plug in.

"This is a blessing! I am naturally sensitive to cold and it warms me up while also relieving joint pain and even seems to increase my energy. Perhaps this energy boost is due to my pain levels decreasing.
I love the length and width and the fact that it fits nicely on my side of our king size bed and the cord is long enough to reach from the wall outlet next to my bed to the foot of my bed in case I need to turn it from one end to the other.
Despite the rubber smell (which goes away), this is a true blessing for me. I'm so glad to have it. It doesn't smell as strong now. I've had it for about a month if I remember correctly. I've recommended it to my close friends and family."

I love the large size. The mat is very bendable/flexible so it's really easy to use in different positions. You can lay on it, put it over the sofa and sit on it, or use it for a specific area. The mat gets warm but not too hot. It feels like a giant heating pad for the whole body. Although I bought it for personal use, everyone in the house uses it now. We are very happy with it.

The red light therapy mat was better than expected. Great product! It is sturdy and well made. It has helped me relieve my joint pain. The different light intensities and time periods work well for every family member. I am grateful and happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

I bought it two months ago. It doesn't show immediate results, but using it 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes, I've noticed several improvements in my skin: wrinkles and age spots are disappearing or lightening. Also, I've noticed that some aches and pains I normally have are better. Is it the red light or is it psychosomatic? Who cares. I went on holiday for two weeks without using it and noticed a difference - not for the better. Time will tell what long term effects there are but so far it's all good. It's worth a try.

I like the many different settings and the ability to adjust the settings via the remote. No problems so far. Comfortable. It is a little bulky to store when not in use just because I ordered the larger size.
