I've been using this mat for a few weeks now, and I must say it seems to be helping with pain relief. When the lights are on, you can feel a slight vibration, which tells me it's working. The warmth also soothes my muscles after a long, hard day at work. I've noticed that I sleep better, which is a nice bonus. So I have to say I'm happy with my purchase.

I'm a huge fan of this device. I originally bought it to help relieve body aches, but after realizing the intensity levels are adjustable, I replaced my LED mask with this one too. I used it the day after a microneedling treatment and the pain was gone within 5 minutes.
The flexible mat makes it super easy to store. After reading some reviews, I was concerned about the smell of the mat, but I haven't noticed any issues at all.
The timer makes it so easy to use that my boyfriend has now claimed it for himself. He started getting pain in his knees so now he sets the timer and falls asleep with the mat on his legs. I need to find something that is easy to reclaim. Lol.
Overall, I'm a fan. This is the first mat I've bought, but I think so far it's all good.

After multiple surgeries and a total knee replacement, few things have helped my knee. Finally something that works! It took a few days to take full effect, but I'm pain free (at least in the knee) for the first time in years!
