Great product
This machine is awesome. Make sure I’d your a beginner to start with a low setting and work your way up. I have no complaints, customer service is also amazing. You can call or look up on the internet if you have any questions about the device. I highly recommend this device to anyone that is tired of shaving.

The device is effective and leaves skin smooth. Stick to a solid schedule of use for results!
I ordered this product in October and it is now December and I believe I have eliminated all hair growth where I used this device. From the beginning, it was easy to use. Nothing painful or uncomfortable about it. I made sure to stick with a schedule of 2-3x per week, upping the level as tolerated. I didn’t suffer from any burns or discomfort at all, it was pretty easy to adjust. By mid-November (about 4 weeks of use) I saw results and now at the end of December I’m just using the device for maintaining the smoothness. I can go weeks now without shaving my legs so it appears the device does create a permanent effect. I highly recommend using this, especially for the price. My suggestion is be diligent about use for at least 6-8 weeks and the results will show. It’s easy, affordable, and in the long-term it’s effective. Really happy with this purchase.

This is not a laser it’s a strobe light with a yellow filter that peels right off.
