I have had several microneedle pens. This is by far best I have ever used. It’s easy to use, good quality pen, as an Esthetician I have seen great results and it definitely penetrates the skin better. They should include a chart with suggestions on what levels to use for different areas of the face.

The 3 types of cartridges that comes with the pen is a differential. Good for beginners to learn how each one works! The price was half then what I found in other websites. Hope it's all good after opening and using the present. In addition, the customer support is excellent and very responsive

Unit looks and feels well made, also very easy to operate. So far only downside is having to buy new cartridges .

This is an update to my prior negative review. The seller immediately contacted me after my review. They offered a full refund and replaced the pen. I am very pleased with the customer service and look forward to being able to continue to Micro needle as the device is very easy to use and the results from the first three treatments were very nice. I have used the Nano today. It worked great to plump up the skin with HA. I used LED bulb after with Copper face and neck.
Remember to hold the on button down for 3 seconds to turn off/on. It works wirelessly after charging red to green light.
