I bought this expensive product 8 months ago. I have used it 4 times without at issues, worked well. Now I have tried to use it twice in the past month and it turns off by itself (while plugged in). I can’t get it to stay on longer that 3 seconds. I contacted the Dr. Pen company and they said since I bought this from freyara and not them directly, they will not do anything for me. I do not know how to contact the seller on freyara to let them know this product quit working in less than one year.
* UPDATE: I contacted customer service and was promptly mailed another Dr. Pen and it is working perfectly! Thank you for your excellent service.

I LOVE MINES, I can definitely see a difference in my skin after using this. Well worth the money!

I wasn't expecting too much. Hadca session with the Potenza machine at my dermatologists a few weeks b4 I tried this home device. Gotta say it was exactly the same results as the $350 session at the doctors. Impressed. Follow the directions! I used high end serium during the process n used Alastin Skin Nectur for the first 5 days after.

Received a response in under 5 minutes and they are sending me a new pen. My pen stopped functioning after about the 10th use. The pen does work great when it functioned and I was disappointed it stopped working, but since they are sending me a replacement I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I love my Dr Pen M8. I have used it once since I purchased it but love everything about it. One of many tools for my skincare protocol. I completely recommend any products from Dr Pen. Pricey at first but worth it.

I really think it’s almost as good as a skinpen. I would highly recommend buying to do in between professional sessions.

The quality is so much better than my old pen. It’s strong, durable, and glides easily when used as instructed. I love it, and the needles are super sharp and fine. I can actually tell that my Microneedling is yielding results with this pen. What a winner

So easy to use and works great. The battery gets a full face neck and chest needling and then some! Would def recommend for DIY microneedling!
