Got this to provide some shaping after gastric surgery and weight loss. Work reasonably well but the instructions are slightly vague, however you tube to the rescue. You need to ensure you provide enough pressure and gel the area. Combined with skin firming lotion after use seems to be having an effect

I’ve been using regularly for more than a month and I can finally say that I see improvement on abs and legs, but it takes persistence and commitment. I didn’t see the results right away. I see further improvements yet I will give four stars.
