I've been using it for a couple times a week for almost two weeks now and can see results in my forehead! My lines have not disappeared but they have diminished enough to encourage me to continue using it. I recommend spacing out the treatments at least 3 or 4 days, especially on your face. Mine got a little sensitive. Using a jade roller and applying Vitimin C serum afterwards helps too.

I purchased my device in October of 2020.The device improves overall skin tone and texture with regular use with observable results.In February, 2022 my device had some issues with the handle and small which Mark responded to the same day and within a couple of days the replacement pieces were sent!!His email can be found in the back of the instruction booklet which comes with the device.

So I gave this to my mother as an early Mothers Day gift since I won't see her on an actual day, and she loved it! The instructions are easy to understand and the machine doesn't take up a whole amount of space, which is nice. The machine comes with ultrasound gel, which is what transmits the RF waves to the skin and it's a noninvasive way to stimulate the tissue underneath. My mom was super happy with the gift - and as a plus, I can use it too! ;)

This is obviously a home device so the intensity of the treatment is not as great as it would be in a salon/Spa. I never the less treated it as a spa treatment and allowed 4 weeks between my uses. I really love the device, it is well made. I am taking very good care of it and store it in it's box . Good results. I have used it 3 times so far and my skin is responding well. It is another device to irritate the skin to actually stimulate it's own processes for healing and repair. I have also used it on the lowest setting on the lower part of my face after a crazy skin breakout and it helped fantastically. Again only used it once to allow time for the skins own healing. To me this device is awesome. I am eager to see what it will do in another 3- 6 months with use every 4-6 weeks. So far: reduction of fine lines, some fading of sun spots, skin on my neck has tightened up quite noticeably. I am 50 years old.

1 MONTH UPDATE!**I have had this machine for a month now and been using it once or twice a week sometimes. i can definitely say that my fine lines are gone! Especially around my mouth area or what you call the laugh lines. My jowl area has lifted and my face got slimmer! I never thought this would happen from a small machine. the radio frequency is real. The machine is still working at its best. I will update in another 2 weeks.---------------------------2 week review**I have been looking for this kind of machine. Because of the pandemic, I have been hesitant to go to the spa and the salon because I'd rather be safe than sorry. Now this RF machine is a life saver. It brought the spa at home! The size of the probe for the face is just right to maneuver it to the right spots. The probe for the body I think is a little bit small but I really don't mind because I saw the difference the first time I used it. My skin was tighter and some of the fine lines were gone instantly. I have used to twice, and I am loving the results. I plan to use this twice a week. Buy it! It's worth the money.

YES, this works. It's not subtle either—this device works VERY VERY well, and the results for me are instantaneous. I never imagined any treatment—much less a DIY home device from Amazon—could be so effective. It's truly a game changer.I bought it to get rid of pesky underchin chub. I use it on the highest setting for 10 minutes on each side of my jawline / neck fat. Sometimes I add an extra 10 minutes. The first week I used it every 2 days, then after that I've done maintenance using it once or twice a week. I have only had this for a month, and the results really are dramatic and long-lasting. My jawline really does look sharper and tighter and I feel like there is visibly less fat under my chin.I have also used it at the hairline above my temples (medium setting, 5 minutes each side) for a subtle eyelift effect. It is terrifyingly effective, to the point that I am hesitant to use it on any part of the rest of my face in case I accidentally make any changes I regret.I've read that the initial dramatic tightening effects from RF are temporary. But I've also read that the home devices actually are capable of causing permanent fat loss. In my experience, I noticed the effects wearing off about 4 days after the my second treatment, but nowadays it seems like the results are more persistent.In any case, for good or bad I would not dismiss the fact that this powerful device could cause permanent fat loss, and therefore you should be incredibly careful using it on your face in case you cause permanent changes to your facial fat pads.Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Mlay's amazing customer service, which is honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced on Amazon. I initially left a negative review because when I first ordered, the Amazon warehouse sent me a used unit that had not been inspected and cleaned. Over the past month Mlay customer service has reached out to me several times to follow up with my experience. They offered to send me a new machine. After I told them I'd already made an exchange through Amazon and was quite happy with my new device, they nevertheless offered to send me another tube of their gel to make up for the trouble, even though it was the Amazon warehouse's mistake.

I just got my MLAY RF machine and I am blown away! I rarely write big reviews...but I HAD to! I had paid for RF treatments at the salon before, but that was like $70 for a half hour so I finally bought one for home use. So happy that I did! After just my first 20 min treatment (on #2 setting) for my jowls and smile lines, I was so impressed to see that it almost completely melted away and gone! Make sure you don't overdo it (once a week is the recommended usage) understand that this machine is powerful so overuse can really take away the "healthy" fat in your face away. Sad that I didn't take a before pic... so I can't show you the before and after, but just take my word for it. I'll be doing that area again next week :) My plan is doing different parts of arms, legs and body every day (just in the beginning) can be complying with the usage suggestion. Love ❤️ it!

As of today, I've had 5 treatments & my skin is smother & feels firmer. The machine is easy to use. Easy to clean. I had my 1st treatment in one week. Then the next week I had 2 treatments & the following week, I had another 2. I understand that RF works on a cellular level & takes weeks to notice any changes with new collagen structuring within the skin.
