Product worked great but stopped working after a few months-contacted Freyara customer service. Responded extremely fast AND they’re going to be replacing the machine because it was still under warranty!!! I know we all rely on reviews before buying a product anywhere. Even myself, I have a hard time purchasing something with no views or low-rated ones.This is THE BEST PRODUCT INHAVE PURCHASED IN ALL MY 26 YEARS OF LIVING!why? Because I don't need to spend $100 per treatment and visit at a clinic that does THE SAME THING I can do at home!!100/10 !!!!!

It does seem to work with time

This works. Large pores are smaller after one time use. Skin is uplifted. Small acne scars are lessened. I'm in my 40's and I have seen improvement after 1 use.

I mostly used it for my legs and I think it's making a difference with cellulitis!Customer service is great!. After 1 year my probes stopped heating up and they sent me replacements within 2 days. I searched on many sites and it remains one of the best devices for use at home.The seller has excellent customer support and is very responsive

I purchased this a year ago, did it for a month three times a week and saw good results. Like most things, I put it away and it sat in my bathroom shelf for months. I was inspired by a beauty expo I attended to take better care of my skin. I started using it again 5 times a week for six weeks and "Oh My"......My neck was always my worst feature due to years of sunning when I was younger. My necks amazing now, the deep wrinkles are gone, make-up looks so much better.When I'm ready for bed, I lay down and watch a show I like and do 10 minutes on my neck and 10 minutes on each side of my face.BEST PURCHASE EVER....and I've tried everything in the salon and out.

I bought this product for my partner because she was looking for something to use on her skin for preventative purposes. As a gift I decided on this product as the cheaper alternatives appeared to have noticeable problems.Over the few weeks or regular usage, my partner's face has noticeable change in brightness and a noticeable firmness. She recommended I try it as well and I can say it's a new experience. For my type of dryer face I set the settings lower as it couldn't take the higher levels. At the end of using it for a little over a week, my face also felt a little livelier and looked slightly brighter as well.I highly advise people to make sure to follow the directions with the cream and power levels because this can potentially cause damage to the skin if used incorrectly. Overall, the product appears to work as intended when used properly. The results and effectiveness appear valid as well.

I'm 55, skin has gone to crap, excess skin by jawline. I did this on day 1 for 10 minutes each side of face; next day 15 minutes each side of face; next day 10 minutes each side. (yes, 3 days in a row). OMG. Jawline all firmed up. I don't feel like a total hag now. I went right to level 3 also (for the power). If you're new to RF, you may want to go slower. And be careful with this....I got distracted by a text and stopped moving the wand and almost burnt my cheek...it got very very hot when I let it sit still. You must keep the wand moving. I try to keep a pattern and I'm mixing it up too. I stay away from my throat (thyroid)....however, I do go over just a teensy bit of my throat just below my jawline. I've gone to a salon and paid $150+ for a 40 minute session (the tech used tons of goop and she kept that wand moving the whole time). So I'm using tons of goop also (the applicator you put on your face prior to use, pretty sure you use it to prevent burning yourself), and then I use the little plastic scooper to help clear it off the skin. I'm super happy with this product and with the results I've already seen. I don't plan on using this daily (I was just impatient so I did it daily for 3 days). Now I've reached a point where I'm (very) happy and will just maybe do it two times a week, or once a week, depending on my skin needs. Who knows? My skin may look like crap tomorrow and I'll have to do it again. But when I would do this at the salon, the tightening effect would last about a week...so it was great right before a party or a wedding. But I love it so far and I'll update this review based on my continued use. It was pricey, and it's definitely a bit of work, but SO worth it. (I also use Estee Lauder products/serums and retinol)
