I had the MLAY RF machine and after six months out of warranty it stopped working properl. I texted Cindy a representative of MLAY and she immediately sent me a brand new machine. It is nice to see a company that stands behind their product even when it’s out of warranty. As for the radio frequency machine, it definitely has improved my skin elasticity, and my wrinkles are not as deep as before. It’s really an awesome product and I’ve even stopped using Botox because this has almost removed all of my lines between my eyebrows.

I really researched this product before I bought it. I am an RN and from a medical standpoint how the product works to reduce wrinkles and in my case crepey skin (skin that resembles crepe paper as you age). It made sense so I went ahead and bought it. You have to be patient but in about 4 months I saw really great results. I am 60 years old and last week a friend commented on my "perfect skin". I have been using the product on my face and thighs where I had loose skin from weight loss. In addition to using the product I added a collagen supplement. Between the Mlay device and collagen supplement I have taken 10 years off my appearance. The device is simple to use and very comfortable. . Six radio frequency treatments in a clinical setting will cost you upwards of $1200. This is one of the best purchases I have made. Thank you to the manufacturer of this product!!

Because of Covid, my wife purchased this unit to pamper herself. She uses this religiously and the results show. We had to call in for Warranty Service and it was a no-hassle, speedy process. The service alone justifies the price. Will consider other Mlay product simply for the service.

Great great Customer Service. After the company saw my complain, they refunded my money, and asked me to keep the machine. The machine worked very well for my neck, its getting tighter. Im trying to use it on my body now. I excited to see the results.

I love this machine. I purchased it about 6 months ago for the stretch mark on my stomach and it now looks great. First I use a derma roller on my stomach and I immediately follow with the RF machine on the highest setting for 20 minutes. My stomach does not look like it did prior to having a child many years ago, but at least 80% of the stretch marks are flat and my skin is tightened. I also use on my face which has given me great results. I use on medium setting for 10 minutes twice a week. I’m scared to use in higher setting and for longer period for fear of losing fat cells in my face.

I bought for wrinkles but stopped heating after 2 weeks. The return policy was great so I had no problem returning it. I decided not to replace it since it was so expensive.The body attachment is not strong enough. I’d purchasing for the face this is great.

First of all the outlet cord keeps coming out as you use it…but this is just a temporary solution as your face looks plumped after using but then goes back to normal. I feel the heat level cannot get to a commercial brand made of the doctors office. So I’m returning. I didn’t see any permanent changes before I was scheduled to return the product.

I mostly used it for my legs and I think it's making a difference with cellulitis!Customer service is great!. After 1 year my probes stopped heating up and they sent me replacements within 2 days. I searched on many sites and it remains one of the best devices for use at home.The seller has excellent customer support and is very responsive
