I’ve been using this machine for a little over a year, it just broke/stopped heating up. It’s a extremely expensive machine, and seemed to tighten the skin around my eye and entire face, except, it never completely lifted my neck. I spent hours and hours on this machine and I’m a little disappointed at it only lasting around a year. I’m 43 and did really like it. However, I probably won’t buy this brand again. I want to try something different and more effective, hopefully .UPDATE:This item comes with exceptional customer service... my machine stopped working, the heating element, so I wrote them and asked for a replacement part...they sent me a whole new machine. Wow! I will continue to use it and hopefully, my neck will lift completely.

I did a lot of research about these machines, i was afraid of burning myself, but I was able to begin on 3 on my belly, using the gel that came with the machine as well as another conductive gel. I don't know if it's placebo, but I noticed the small wrinkles around my navel diminish after 30 minutes. I am taking it slow, but I can already feel the stubborn belly day just below my skin starting to break up it may be a by product of the massage element. Using with my waist trainer. Will keep updated.

Great beauty machine! I’ve been using it for two weeks and I can see my skin changes dramatically. The fine lines are reduced and skin texture is smoother. It is nice to have this machine at home, very easy to use. I use two times a week and 20 min every time with level three only for my face, and will definitely try for my neck and arm as well. It is amazing product. Love it!

Mom mother has this machine and I've used it twice. The second time I used it on my arms that were sore from working out. Did the treatment on the highest setting for 20 minutes on each arm. Two days later I'm still regretting it. My arms haven't recovered from my workout four days ago because I used the machine before they recovered. You can either work your muscles or use this machine but do not try both!

I bought this for my daughter because shes been reading a lot about lasers and her birthday was coming up. It came nicely packaged & of quality. I didn't expect much in the way of results. This is a before and after with just 1 month of use. I'm definitely going to be trying it on a scar and wrinkles sometime in the future. I would recommend this item & happy I was pushed into buying it.

I did very much like using this product. I do think RF therapy works but the actual machine stopped working for me after 4 months. It no longer inducts heat in the wand. I have contacted the company multiple times without any response. It’s pretty upsetting because the product is expensive.Willing to change my rating if someone could contact me and help me solve this problem. I have saved all the original packaging and items as well.Update: they sent me a new machine! The process was very easy through Amazon! The customer service was great. RF therapy does work just do your research and use the machine the proper way.

This does not work. They say you will see results within 6-8 weeks, I used it faithfully No Results, it's a scam. You give it the benefit of the doubt before returning it, to see if you get results by that time it's to late to return the product. I reached out to the seller, no answer., I want my money back.. please contact me.
