I just got this item and I have used it already on my lower belly, neck and face. However, I see individuals saying that they are using this item multiple times a week on the same area and in the user manual it says NOT to do that. The collagen needs time to rebuild itself, if you keep adding the heat and radio waves to the skin without enough time for it to rebuild all you are doing is destroying the collagen. If I remember correctly, it should only be used about 2 times a month, this gives the skin enough time to rebuild itself and allow the machine to work properly. I will update how I feel about this product in the future but otherwise I do enjoy it!

Very high quality. Professional quality. This is my after 1 use picture. It gives a warming feeling. It’s very soothing. I will use this 3-4 times per week because I have extremely dry skin. It made me feel good and my husband even liked it. Facial at home for couples too ; D

My wife loves this machine! We have had a very good experience with MLAY and the RF Radio Frequency Facial And Body Skin Tightening Machine. Although we had a minor issue within the warranty period a simple email to MLAY and they resolved the issue immediately without argument. I would not hesitate to purchase from MLAY again they are an solid example to the way Customer Service should be done. Good job MLAY !

I like this product because I go facial every month. Once I receive this product I use this at my home and got my face clean as facial. Also it is easy to use .

I've been wanting this RF machine because of good reviews, and i'm glad that I bought it. This is my Christmas gift to myself I only been using the machine twice and I can see the difference with my face fine lines and I can't wait to see more results for using this machine consistently. I'm 29 years only and aging is starting to kick in- so really need a good investment. You really pay for the price. I am very satisfied.

Now do not expect to look magically 10 years younger! This did in fact get rid of a lot of my fine lines and pigmented area. I also use bit. C for that. However, this will tighten your jawline if you use it correctly! You can burn yourself if not. Use with a gel that is for RF machines. I highly recommend.

This machine works well it does get a little too hot in the third setting but I am noticing a difference in my skin

I followed directions exactly as suggested. Did not see any difference. Used on my face and abdomen.
