The cupping device is easy to use once you read the instructions, but you need a second person to use it on your back.This therapy is not for everyone (certainly not for me!) as it is very painful, and it leaves you with nasty bruises as you can see in the photo. Mine lased for 5 days until they were completely gone.I tried it on the lowest setting of suction and temperature, and I found the pain unbearable. The only mode that I found to be tolerable was the massage mode as it alternately turns on and off the suction.I cannot say if it benefitted me in any way, but I am returning it because it is causing too much pain to use it.

Painful, recommended for the ones familiar with this therapy

Easy to use

This little cupping device is just what I needed! The heat combined with suction has help relieve specific pain point in my back. Ease of use is a plus as well!

A good cupping device that could do with some minor design updates.

This is the first time that I have tried a cupping device. The strength is really strong at the default level of 3 and it goes all the way up to 12. I have noticed some reduced pain in fascia when using this device (primarily on my upper back) and it has a good heating function to promote blood flow.That said there are a few things that could be improved:1. The release function should be recognizable by touch. Currently I have to stick a piece of felt as I can't find the button to release the function when it's stuck to my back.2. When the 20 minute timer runs out the thing stays attached! Now you have to power it back on and then release the suction. This could have been better thought through.3. I wish the suction cup was deeper. Currently the cup is not deep enough so the device leaves a bullseye pattern on your skin rather than an even circular patch.Otherwise, this unit is fine for the price and the battery life is also pretty good. I'm going to see if there is another unit that overcomes some of the outlined shortcomings.

This product leaves skin tissue peeled after the treatment. It does need some softer covering around the edges.
