When I ordered my hair, it was really soft but after one use it became defective. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful with what I needed to do to return my hair and get my refund. I was also able to acquire free hair as an apology for the situation.

The hair is soft it’s so soft that it won’t hold in a ponytail if u just want a straight wig buy this if u plan on styling it I would not purchase the wig is very thin for 150 it 130 so purchase at ur own risk
