Great wig as far as softness. Light to minimum shedding. The ends get dry after after 2-3 weeks. This wig IS NOT full & thick!!! It is thin!!!

Cicy, is extremely kind, professional. I received a beautiful unit that I really love. Cicy personally reached out to me when I had son difficulty and was nothing short of amazing. I really appreciate this and it says alot about the character of the company and how they want their brand to be represented. The ends are amazing and thick and lush. This wig is HORRIBLE...it definitely isn't 20 inches it's layered I had to do A LOT of work to it!!!

It’s super soft and the length is amazing but those are almost the only good things I can say really. It’s not preplucked as advertised and you can see wefts in the middle of it so it’s not thick enough to cover that up

This is a good seller and they stand by there product I was not happy with my wig after reading my review they contacted me and sent me a replacement wig which was just as pictured. I was so happy. My wig looks just like the wigs in the other reviews which is all I wanted.

Wig is too big but is still a very beautiful unit. Will need to add an elastic band to wig so it will be more secured. Also lace was light and I will need to tint. Overall its a good buy for the money.Edit: wig is still too big. Wasted money with this wig. Its big head friendly so that's a plus.

I ordered 20inches and love how the hair feels. It’s soft and have no smell to it. Also does not shed at all.
