The wig is really soft, but I paid over $100 for this wig and it's shoulder length. You can't do the high ponytails. Maybe a small one, but nothing like the picture. I can't give it zero stars, but definitely not a 5 star.

Definitely worth it! I got the 18” 360 lace when it was on sale for $111, just received it and it’s measuring 28”!! I’m not saying this is standard but definitely makes for a happy customer!

Let me start by say I never purchased a lace front from Amazon or this company before so I was nervous. I read every review and thought I'll try my luck with a 18 inch. Received it within 2 days. It's very soft but does have a smell but good shampoo fix that problem
