great flat iron! My only issue is the water reservoir. It’s hard to see through which makes it difficult to tell if you have water in there or not.

Shiny hair

I tried using it with and without water. Both ways it worked well, but I loved when I used it with water. My hair was shiny.

The packaging awesome arrived fast i love love love this i had bought one from walmart non steam, but it burnt my hair i have really corse hair thick and dry although i use deep conditiones after treating my hair next day i opened it and omg this left my hair soo silky straight soo much shine healthy looking and my hair had no stink to it like burnt feathers ..i ordered a second one just in case ..in love with this ..i only needed 2 passes ..

Good flat iron

My only complaint is that the buttons and numbers to regulate the heat are very small. I really can’t read them.
