It was amazing the first time I used it. My hair was never so easy to straighten. I go to use it today. All seems well. I had the steam feature on, but no steam coming out and had super hot water dripping on me.

This is the best flat iron I have ever used on my hair!!!! It leaves my hair super silky, shiny and healthy looking. It's easy to use and very light weight. Highly recommend.

This is a great steam hair iron! The only drawback is that the controls are a bit difficult to get to. I can see how this is less damaging than a regular flat iron, and I love that for my natural 4a hair.

Very good and easy to use. Don’t like the fact that the water compartment is small. I have to keep refilling but overall, works well. If arrived in a week #naijaway
