This is a great quality steam iron for the price. I’ve noticed some reviews complain about the size of the water compartment. It’s a steam iron I don’t know how large they want the water compartment to be but I think it works perfectly. The iron does not use that much water. As for performance it works great. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

A little hard to fill and replace the water reservoir. Otherwise easy to use and a great price.

Very unhappy with this buy. The hot water keeps leaking on me and burning me. It tugs on my hair causing to pull some out. I have to refill it so many times because the chamber is so small. I wasted 40 dollars .

My SINGULAR complaint was that after a while the water capsule no longer remains attached. And there is no way to replace it without buying a whole other device. It heats well and quickly with auto shut off. Steam level is controllable though if not careful you will accidentally cut it off. It was only $40 bucks. I’d personally pay more for better construction and a more durable water tank attachment. It lasted about a year so I got my moneys worth and probably just buy another.

I give this steam straightener a 4 it does it's job but the steam is light and short therefore you have to stop and refill with water.

I believe this was a returned item. all the plastic on unit that directions said remove, were gone. Also it is supposed to beep when temp is reached, is does not.

It’s easy to use but it leaks a little bit, and it runs out of water for the steam quickly.
