Read whole reviewOk so I did what everyone else did and before ordering the wig I checked the reviews. I thought it was good so I ordered. I received my package the next day. The initial looks was great. I could free part. The hair was soft until after the first wash. It was not pre-plucked. The hair started shedding in the exact same spot on each side of the wig like they skipped over a part just to save time and cost. So now I’m pissed. I’ve had the wig for a total of a month and the hair is completely ruined. I know the proper hair care techniques and instructions. This wig wasn’t made right to begin with. However it was a 360 lace wig. That part was the only thing that was true. Out of all the wigs I have ever purchased this has never happened to any of my wigs not even the ones in the store don’t do this. I will never buy from this company again.This was my original review. The company contacted me shortly after and was obviously disappointed just as disappointed as I was. They apologized for my inconvenience. They were very helpful, patient and considerate of my personal experience and even offered a solution. I am very appreciative that they acknowledged my problem and helped to the best of there ability
