The FREYARA Red Light Therapy Changing Mat relieves my pain and helps me sleep better; I noticed this relatively quickly after starting to use it. The remote controls are a bit low compared to where my hand rests inside the wrap, but I just put them down and let go. I wish the remote(s) had a red light to indicate when they're on. However, it turns off automatically, which I can tell because the heat subsides. Since using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in my chronic pain, and when I don't, my body reminds me.
