I think it works and great customer service
I have been using it for a few months now and I believe it is helping. But I must say that I use it in combination with hair growth products and minoxidil. I have noticed that my hair loss has not gotten worse. In fact, one bald spot has disappeared, my scalp doesn't hurt as much when I use a hair clip, and the hairline is definitely not as wide as it used to be. Hair doesn't grow overnight and battling hair loss is a long battle, but as long as it works, I'll keep using it. I also have to mention their great customer service. My battery suddenly stopped working properly recently; it shut off after 5 minutes of use and didn't seem to hold a charge no matter how long I left it plugged in. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and sent me a couple of replacements with no questions asked. Now I'm back in shape. Hopefully I'll see more improvements.
