I love red light therapy.
"I've had the face mask and a small panel for about a year. I wanted to treat my whole body at once and decided to get this giant mat. I've had the mat for 3 days now and feel absolutely incredible every day! My energy is boundless, I feel happier, I've been doing a lot of landscaping and this has helped me so much with my sore muscles, it's incredible.
I'm 5'8" and fit perfectly on it with room to spare. The mat gets so nice and warm, it feels so good to lay on. I lay on my back for 30 minutes, then flip it over like a blanket and lie on my stomach for 30 minutes.
I look forward to it so much at the end of the day. It rolls up easily and I just keep it under my bed. Not too heavy at all to carry around. All my lights work great. Has a timer function and different light levels. You don't have to set anything up, just unpack and plug in.
It's a fantastic product that has really improved my wellbeing."
