Quit working after 8 months/ Excellent Customer Service
I bought this expensive product 8 months ago. I have used it 4 times without at issues, worked well. Now I have tried to use it twice in the past month and it turns off by itself (while plugged in). I can’t get it to stay on longer that 3 seconds. I contacted the Dr. Pen company and they said since I bought this from freyara and not them directly, they will not do anything for me. I do not know how to contact the seller on freyara to let them know this product quit working in less than one year.
* UPDATE: I contacted customer service and was promptly mailed another Dr. Pen and it is working perfectly! Thank you for your excellent service.
