it's an investment...
the machine itself is an investment... the crack in the picture was definitely caused by the driver literally throwing the box on my porch, heard it and saw it on my cameras. BUT it still works just fine. be careful with the suction intensity, start low and very very gradually increase, the highest suction is EXTREME! look at the 1st knob as a clock, I've been working between 9 & 11 anything higher is too much for me..
