It is normal for the temperature to reach 60 to 70 degrees Celsius if the RF output is always high, please adjust the output energy according to your own situation.

3pole and 4pole head can be used under eyes, we recommend 3-4 times per week, 10-15 mins for fat burn head and 30-45 mins for pole head. it should depend on how you feel and your body condition. face massage can be done slowly, but don't point one area and lasting.
