1.Connect the device and adapter to the control line.Or connect the device and power bank with a USB line.

2.Plug into the AC socket and all LED on.Or use a power bank to power the device.It is suggested to use an output equal to or over a 5V2A power bank.

3.Place anywhere you suffer joint pain.

4.Select options:

1)Power:ON/OFF

a.Press the button once,and all LED turn on,the screen will show L0.

b.Press again,and all LED will turn off.

2)Timer:The timer button gives settings of 5-30 minutes in 5-minute increments.

3)+/-(Plus/Minus):you can use this button to select a level from LO to L4.Brightness cycles through 5 intensity settings.

5.Usage Frequency:Use the device 1-2 times per day for up to 4 weeks or more.The duration of each session can be up to 20 minutes in one area before moving the device to the next treatment area.

6.Maintenance:Unplug the device and store it in a cool dry area.

Comfortable, therapeutic, relaxing.

I used to pay a lot of money for red light therapy at various places and had to travel there. Now I get the same or even better results from the comfort of my own home. It's soft, comfortable, and therapeutic! It's helped with my pain. I sleep better when I use it. I also own the red light face, red light belt, and vibration plate. I love the FREYARA red light infrared sleeping bag style

I use my device once a day. I set my settings, and the mats remember them. I simply press two buttons, one on each remote, and crawl in. FREYARA has the best products. They are very well made and provide the pain relief I'm looking for. I also own two Rumblex vibration platforms and the PEMF mat. You, like me, will be a returning customer. I don't get paid for these items, but I recommend them to many. It's just common sense for autoimmune diseases, pain syndromes, and inflammation.

Comfortable and easy to use

I'm so excited! I received my FREYARA red light therapy mat last week, but I had to wait for my surgeon to test it. I had major surgery three weeks ago and want to use the mat to support my recovery, boost my energy, and beyond. I'm starting a little slow... I used it for 6 minutes at 75%. It's comfortable to lie on (I have it on a bed), like a warm blanket. The size is good... I'm 5'9" tall, and I was fully illuminated from my neck to my feet. The book has clear instructions, and the remote is easy to use. The eye protection was included, which is very nice. It was so relaxing... I can't wait to use it more often. I'll report back once I'm using it more regularly.

The key to your pain-free day or night

This product is of high quality. It's sturdy. You can tell the wrap isn't as thin as other products on the market. The instruction manual is clear and effective. It's definitely comfortable and offers plenty of padding. The size is also suitable for tall and overweight people. I think it's absolutely worth the money.

Pain relief and reduced recovery time!

I've owned several FREYARA infrared red light therapy products over the past few years and love how the company continues to adapt and grow to meet the needs and demands of their customers. I started with the therapy lamp, then moved on to the belt, and when I saw they also offered a body wrap, I knew this was the next product for my red light therapy lineup. I wasn't disappointed. I wanted something that could better relax, repair, and relieve pain in larger areas. I like to use it after a workout and have found it helps prevent sore muscles the next day. The very long cable allows me to place it on my bed and still plug it into the wall—very convenient. Plus, after use, it rolls up and tucks away out of sight behind my chair. I'm 5'7", and it's long enough to cover my neck all the way down to my feet. I typically use it 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. I look forward to it, and it's very relaxing. An eye shield is also included.

It's worth it!
