OPERATION INSTRUCTION:

1.Clear the area being treated by removing all traces of make-up, dirt, or sweat. In general, simply wash the area being treated to ensure a clean surface.

2. For safety, please make sure the switch on OFF states before you stick the power cable to the wall outlet.

3.For best results, place the front of the device next to bare skin, not more than 6-12 inches away from the area being treated.

4.When do face therapy, please do not look directly to your eyes, there is a goggle included in the packing, wear it if you feel the light is too bright.

1.”△”button:Timer time increase: tap once to add 5 minutes, upper limit 30 minutes.

2.”ꓦ”button:Timer time reduction:Touch once to reduce time by 5 minutes;When time reaches 5 minutes, touch again to switch to normally open mode ON.

It would make an impressive gift.

This red light therapy panel is made of heavy, reinforced metal. It's not a lightweight, wobbly panel like so many others I've ordered. The LED lights are simply powerful. It features 60 LEDs with 660 nm near-infrared and 850 nm infrared light settings.

Its compact size makes it easy to fit on a table or counter. A full pair of protective goggles is included, as is a silky soft carrying case.

It's easy to use and works great.

This high-quality light panel will last for years of use!

I'm not sure if this will actually do anything, but my sister-in-law has been using it for a few months and seems happy with it.

I haven't tried it myself, as I have sensitive skin, but I've seen her use it, and it looks simple enough. She uses it consistently, and it holds up well to multiple uses a week.

I've done a lot of research on red light therapy, and it seems to have tremendous benefits for health and body contouring.

Near infrared and the different light intensities have many special features. I feel good.

This is a very high-quality red light setup. The panel can be hung or placed on a table or stand.

However, I would recommend wearing sunglasses instead of the protective goggles (which I prefer). After use, I could store the entire setup in the box if needed.

You'll also need to allow 15-20 minutes of not moving or looking at anything, as you'll be wearing safety goggles to protect your eyes.

The price is great—you just have to find a way to make it work for you! Red light therapy is fantastic. (My husband loved it when I sat in the kitchen holding a red light panel up to my face with my tanning glasses on, haha)

I've been using it for about half an hour daily, a few days a week, and I feel like it's helping me, but it's too early to be positive.

This light has a timer, which really helps. An eye cover is included to protect your eyes during use. You could work on one part for half an hour and the other for half an hour if you wanted. It seems like a good lamp, though. I'll continue using it.

This red and infrared therapy panel is excellent for my back and ribs.

I introduced it to my osteopath, and he said it would be beneficial. I've been using it for a few days now, and my muscles do feel better. It's not a cure, but it's a treatment that relieves sore muscles. I followed the instructions exactly, holding the panel 15–20 cm from the treatment area and adhering to the recommended exposure time for each area. I highly recommend this light therapy panel to anyone suffering from fibromyalgia pain.

For those new to red light therapy, this panel is an excellent choice.

Out of the box, everything you need to get started in seconds is there. The panel itself is lightweight and appears to be of high quality. A power cable is included, which can be plugged into both the panel and a wall outlet. The on/off switch is also located on this cable. Safety goggles are also included. While this isn't the most powerful lamp on the market, that's reflected in the price. In my opinion, this is a really excellent and affordable panel to get started with. Additional panels can always be attached for greater body coverage. A stand would be an excellent addition if you'd like more flexible placement. Highly recommended! Do your research and find out how beneficial red light therapy really is. It's absolutely amazing how much it helps our bodies.
